Classes

Group Fitness
​​

     In addition to one-on-one personal training, I also offer the option of group fitness classes.  Group fitness classes offer a TON of benefits such as; motivation of other people during the group session and reduced rates.  I am typically able to schedule these classes to accomodate a variety of scheduling needs.

 

     Group fitness classes include:
